The game begins with one home star system, containing from 2-4 planets. There are 3 leaders available and it is best the first to be a planetary leader. Then all the ships are going for exploration, at first it is quiet and friendly, the colony ships should be safe alone. The first production is a colony ship too, though excessive expansion is tricky, the south part of the research tree holds the knowledge to fix it. Then the adventure begin with full power.
